Rental Pricing

Special Introductory Pricing for our newly renovated banquet hall -

Banquet on Barnes!

 

Weddings

Banquet on Barnes............................................................................. $1,200

Banquet on Barnes + Knead Community Cafe................................ $2,000

Banquet on Barnes + Knead Community Cafe + Courtyard.......... $2,500

For all of the above:

  • Maximum of 5 hours.

  • Conference Room is included at no additional cost with all weddings to serve as a staging area for the Bridal Party.

  • Knead Community Cafe and Courtyard are only available for rental with Banquet on Barnes rental.

  • Knead Community Cafe and Courtyard are only available outside of normal business hours which are Tuesday - Friday 10am-2pm and Saturday 8am-12pm.

  • Alcohol cannot be served in the Courtyard, but may be consumed there.

  • Minimum of 4 hours

  • Minimum of 50 people

Conference Room........................................................................... $  50/hour
