Tickets for the alcohol tasting are $20 a piece, but residents are encouraged to come out and enjoy the other vendors and entertainment for free.
“If you’re not a wine drinker or beer drinker or don’t drink, we still want you to be able to take part in the event,” said Lynda Pozzuto, the chamber’s executive director.
These businesses will be participating in the tasting: Federal Distilling, Bushy Run Winery, Deer Creek Winery, Wooden Door Winery, Country Winery, Courtyard Winery, Penn Brewery, D.R. Distillery and Pittsburgh Brewing Co.
Food trucks will be available for dinner purchase as well.
The event will begin at Penn State New Kensington’s entrepreneurial center and end at Knead Community Cafe.
Coffee and Dessert will be available at Knead for a small fee.
