FEE:         $35.00 per 10’ X 10’ Indoor Space (table provided)

                 $25.00 per 10' X 10' Outdoor Space (must bring your own table and/or tent)

 

WE ARE SEEKING:

A diverse selection of vendors who sell unique crafts and gift waresor products not available for purchase elsewhere. Rain or shine, this is an inside/outside event and primarily a tabletop show.

 

VENDOR APPROVAL PROCESS:

• Vendors will be approved based on space availability and product distinction. Vendors may be limited in certain categories to ensure a good variety of products and a successful show for all vendors.

• Please include your company website on the vendor application or submit photographs via email to susie@kneadcommunitycafe.org.

• You will be notified of your acceptance via email and payment options will be sent with the approval email.

• Payment is due 7 days from receiving vendor approval, and payment is non-refundable. If payment is not received within 7 days we cannot hold your space. You will receive confirmation once your payment is received.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• All items sold must be “FAMILY FRIENDLY”. We reserve the right to ask you to remove any items for sale that may be offensive to the public.

• Outside Vendors: Must provide their own table(s) and chairs and must be confined to the allotted space of 10’ X 10’. Space is limited and we will stick STRICTLY to the space allotment. You may purchase 2 spaces if one is not large enough. A canopy (no larger than 10 X 10) or a large free-standing umbrella is permitted.

• Inside Vendors: One (1) - 8’ table with 2 chairs in a 10’ X 10’ area will be provided per purchased space. You may bring an additional table and/or display racks but only if they fit within your allotted space.

• Vendor placement will be at the discretion of Knead Cafe.

• No electricity available.

• No Food Vendors. Vendors selling pre-packaged/bottled/jarred items or baked goods which are labeled for retail sale, are permitted.

• Breakfast will be available to purchase in the Café from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

 

NOTE: We regularly have imposters that attach messages to our Facebook site saying they are able to accept registration for our show. Please do not register with anyone else or in any other way than through the form on our website. Susie Sapsara is the primary contact for information and the secure payment link upon approval, and registration is only valid through our official website.
