The Graze

The Graze at Knead Community Café offers a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

There is an additional fee for table linens, guest table floral arrangements and dessert options.

All Graze Tiers include infused water or iced tea.

GRAZE I  - $12.00 PER PERSON. $125.00 SERVICE FEE AND 18% GRATUITY 

Presented on our magnificent aged farm table, this display of fine cured and smoked domestic and imported meats, is accompanied by a selection of hard and soft cheeses, spreads, mustards and jams.  

Garden fresh vegetables are piled high and offered with herbed dips and hummus. Roasted and grilled seasonal vegetables are prepared by our Chef, served with his choice of vinegars and seasonings.  

 

Our homemade tomato bruschetta provides the centerpiece surrounded by assorted olives, mushroom salad and giardiniera, paired with artisan crostini, pitas and crackers.

  

At this level, there are additional fees for the following: stemware or stemless wine glasses and coffee set ups.

 

GRAZE II  - $15.00 PER PERSON. $125.00 SERVICE FEE AND 18% GRATUITY 

In addition to the Basic Tier Graze table offerings, we include your choice of 3 hot dips or specialty salads:

 

Baked Artichoke Spinach Asiago Dip

Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip

Baked Onion Parmesan Dip

Baked French Onion Dip

Baked Pepperoni Mozzarella Dip

Mediterranean Orzo Salad

Couscous & Kale Tabbouleh Salad

Spinach Salad with seasonal Fruit

 

At this level there are additional fees for the following: stemware or stemless wine glasses and coffee set ups.

 

GRAZE III -  $18.00 PER PERSON $125.00 SERVICE FEE AND 18% GRATUITY.

At this level, service fee is waived for parties of 60 or above. 

 

The Graze III is our premium selection and in addition to the Basic Graze Table offerings, we include your choice of two hot dips or specialty salads from Graze II as well as your choice of two hot appetizer selections.

 

Meatballs with choice of Marinara, Teriyaki, BBQ or Swedish Gravy Sauce

Hot or Sweet Sausage Bites w Peppers and Onions.

Spanakopita

Greek Kabobs (half stuffed grape leaf with fresh cucumber, tomato and olive)

Chicken Satay Skewers with Peanut or Teriyaki Sauce

Chicken Parmesan Bites

Mushrooms Caps stuffed with Three Cheese and Spinach or Herb Sausage Stuffing

 

At this level, stemware and stemless wine glasses, coffee and tea service are complimentary.
